Job Summary
Assess client needs and provide hands-on arch support fittings to deliver exceptional customer service. Engage clients to build strong connections while demonstrating products and contributing to store sales goals. Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop talent, ensuring team members and clients remain comfortable and well-informed. Manage time-sensitive tasks and objectives while fostering a positive, customer-focused environment. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of team/people leadership experience
- Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak professionally with confidence
- Ability to foster and support a customer-focused environment
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Positive, approachable, and empathetic
- Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
