Assistant Store Manager - Golf Galaxy

Oversee store operations by driving brand excellence, managing Operational Department teammates, and ensuring compliance with standards including Scan & Activate, SIM, claims, and cash handling. Directly coach associates on customer service, handle discipline and performance matters, and manage the hiring process for hourly teammates in the Operations department. Execute back-office procedures such as processing pre-hire paperwork, conducting LP audits, and tracking attendance while monitoring sales reports to manage payroll within budget. Schedule staff based on customer traffic and react to performance data. This role requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of retail management experience. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $73,200.
