Job Summary
Partner with the Store Manager on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training a strong store team while maintaining high performance standards through SOP training and service expectations. Lead by example on the sales floor, actively coaching and inspecting behaviors to uphold brand standards, and build customer loyalty through effective clienteling and relationship-building. Drive sales and key performance indicators by supporting goal-setting, celebrating wins, and reinforcing accountability through daily coaching. Support the execution of the Division of Responsibility program, manage daily store operations, visual merchandising, and in-store events to ensure seamless customer and employee experiences. This role requires 2–4 years of retail experience with at least one year in leadership, availability for a 40-hour week including peak days and holidays, and a base pay of $25.00–$30.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of retail experience
- at least 1 year in a leadership role
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through both personal performance and team leadership
- Strong skills in coaching and developing talent on the sales floor
- Familiarity with operational processes, including merchandising and shipment
- Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
- Ability to lift, push carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak business days (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays), holidays, and evening and opening shifts
- 18 years or age or older
