Job Summary
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the first face of Carter’s and lead a welcoming, inclusive team on the sales floor. You’ll supervise and coach staff, recruit and train team members, analyze store performance and KPIs, drive omnichannel customer experiences, execute merchandising and promotional plans, build customer loyalty through credit programs, and help manage operations to reduce loss while maintaining brand standards. You’ll foster professional development, ensure excellent service, and model Carter’s values while supporting store leadership to grow a successful team and deliver results.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
