Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager on the sales floor who will execute workforce management, greet customers, coach team to meet KPIs, participate in recruiting and training, and partner with the Store Manager on merchandising and loss prevention. Responsible for maintaining a positive, inclusive environment and delivering excellent customer service while leveraging product knowledge to showcase Carter’s baby and children's apparel. Must have at least 1 year of retail or related management experience and a high school diploma; must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work a schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $20.90 to $27.95 per hour, dependent on experience and location.
