Job Summary
Execute workforce management to ensure genuine customer focus on the sales floor while welcoming shoppers and modeling service standards. Analyze business metrics to drive key performance indicators and plan merchandising, promotional activities, and markdown execution. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training the store team, recognizing performance and redirecting employees when needed. Reduce loss through operational controls and partner with the Store Manager on product placement and educational initiatives. Provide availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
