Job Summary
Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor while welcoming guests and assisting with product styles and benefits. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment by consistently modeling service standards and coaching others to success. Effectively analyze business results to improve performance by communicating and driving Key Performance Indicators with the team. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining a successful store team, while planning and executing merchandising standards, promotional planning, and markdown execution. Reduce loss through consistent operational controls and partner with leadership to track and report financial results using Company tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
