Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Washington, NC

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and administrative duties, contributing to achieving store goals. Be knowledgeable across product areas, uphold policies and standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. Assume supervisory responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence, support recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel, oversee activities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling, and inventory management, and ensure profitability through awareness of inventory and expenses. Provide guidance to employees and customers, supervise staff in the manager’s absence, and promote service and merchandise while adhering to company policies and procedures.
