Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in overall store operations including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; supervise in the manager’s absence; participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation; provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers; ensure inventory accuracy and profitability; promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold company policies and standards; deliver extraordinary customer service and manage store in the manager’s absence.
