Assist Store Manager in operations, staffing, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and customer service; supervise in the Store Manager’s absence; participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel; promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold company policies and standards; maintain assets and financial controls; ensure profitability through awareness of inventory movement and customer trends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits.
