Job Summary
Lead the team by example, coaching baristas and shift leaders while stepping in as Store Manager when needed. Deliver an outstanding guest experience by resolving concerns professionally and maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards. Oversee daily café operations, manage scheduling and inventory, and jump in wherever required from making drinks to stocking shelves. Ensure every guest receives consistent service and great food and beverages. Available for flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
