Job Summary
Lead the retail team by delivering personalized customer service, resolving concerns, and modeling brand standards. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time
