Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports Store Manager in store operations, customer service, inventory, merchandising, ordering, scheduling, and staff supervision. Acts in the Store Manager’s absence and assists with recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel. Requires retail experience, 1-3 years of customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a team, and drive store profitability.
