Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Roanoke Rapids, NC

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and administrative duties, including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; assume supervisory control in the Store Manager’s absence and support personnel recruitment, training, and evaluation. Provide knowledgeable guidance across departments, maintain high-quality customer service, monitor inventory and expenses to ensure profitability, and promote store services and merchandise. Ensure adherence to company policies and standards, and supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence to maintain operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
