Job Summary
Execute daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, processing inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering while driving daily sales goals. Lead the team through coaching associates, resolving issues proactively, and upholding brand standards under the Store Manager's guidance. Energize customer interactions to build brand love and promote new campaigns and product launches. Work the sales floor with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, maintaining a high-functioning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization and excellent time-management skills
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example, manage through challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Energy and excitement around our brand goals and values
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
