Job Summary
Manage the selling floor and canteen operations to meet KPI targets, coaching staff on selling opportunities and visual merchandising strategies. Lead planning and execution for all programming and special events, including Meet & Greets, Slime Bootcamps, and birthday parties, while optimizing revenue during peak and non-peak times. Engage with incoming party leads to sell and upsell events, ensuring supplies are stocked and schedules are maximized. Work approximately 40 hours weekly, including at least one weekend day, with physical demands involving lifting up to 45 pounds and operating equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one weekend day/week, but ideally both!
- Open availability
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong organization skills with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Prior work experience in any of the following areas: retail, child-care, child development/ education, performing arts
- Excellence, enthusiasm, and excitement around engaging with children and families creatively
- Patience, warmth, joy, and humor
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work both weekend days
