Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager leads a sales team to achieve goals in a commission-driven retail environment. Responsible for recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring sales personnel, scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring expenses to meet financial objectives, maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty, resolving concerns, analyzing daily sales and expenses, and handling banking-related responsibilities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, retail/customer service experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
