Job Summary
Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in overall store operations and administrative duties, including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; assumes supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence; participates in recruiting, training, and evaluation of staff; provides guidance to employees and customers across all departments; monitors inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability; ensures quality customer service and adherence to company policies; drives service and merchandise promotions, and maintains internal controls and store compliance; strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset to achieve store goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
