Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in operations and administrative duties, including developing action plans, supervising staff in the Store Manager’s absence, training and evaluating personnel, managing inventory, restocking, merchandising, scheduling, and promoting merchandise. Focused on providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store policies, protecting assets, and achieving store goals through effective leadership and collaboration with the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel
