Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in operations and administrative duties, including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; provide guidance to employees and customers across departments; supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence; lead recruitment, training, and evaluation; promote services and merchandise and uphold store policies and procedures; ensure asset protection and profitability through effective internal controls and reporting; deliver extraordinary customer service and manage store responsibilities in the Manager’s absence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a retail environment
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits
- Self-starter with initiative
- Attention to detail
- Team-player with customer service mindset
