Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in operations, merchandising, scheduling, and staff development; supervise in the Store Manager’s absence; drive customer service and selling; manage inventory and assets; ensure policy compliance and protect company assets. Provide knowledge and guidance to employees across departments; analyze inventory movement and customer trends; deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise; participate in recruiting, training, and evaluation; maintain profitability through awareness of expenses and sales statistics.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
