Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for assisting the Store Manager with all store operations, including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling. Supervises staff in the manager’s absence, guides employees and customers across departments, manages inventory and expenses to ensure profitability, and upholds company policies and standards while delivering extraordinary customer service. Must promote and sell services and merchandise, protect assets, and maintain internal controls; experienced in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel with a focus on achieving store goals.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with customer focus
