Assist Store Manager with overall operations and administrative duties, including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence; provide outstanding customer service, supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence, participate in recruiting/training/evaluation, monitor inventory and expenses for profitability, ensure policy compliance and asset protection, and promote merchandise and services.
