Assist Store Manager in daily operations of Hibbett I City Gear in Elizabeth City, NC; oversee selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; assume store oversight in Store Manager’s absence; train and evaluate staff; provide exceptional customer service; manage inventory, analyze sales trends, protect assets; promote merchandise and services; ensure adherence to policies and procedures; supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence; strong interpersonal and communication skills; retail footwear and athletic apparel knowledge.
