Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Columbia, TN

Assist the Store Manager in operations and administrative duties, including determining methods to achieve store goals, supervising in the Store Manager’s absence, and training staff. Maintain knowledge across product areas, uphold policies, provide outstanding customer service, promote merchandise, and manage tasks such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling. Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales statistics, and expenses; supervise staff when needed; deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual; promote services and merchandise; protect company assets and adhere to policies.
