Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role at Mizzen+Main in Fort Worth, TX. Supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drives store performance, delivers a world-class customer experience, and cultivates a positive store culture. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and training sales associates, providing daily coaching and on-the-floor leadership, assisting with staffing and sales performance, supervising inventory control and visual merchandising, executing floor sets and displays, ensuring policy compliance, and handling opening/closing duties. Requires 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, leadership or assistant-management experience preferred, strong communication, proficiency with POS systems, detail-orientation, and a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
