Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; assume supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence; provide guidance to employees and customers across departments; manage inventory, analyze sales and expenses for profitability, and ensure quality customer service while promoting products and services; contribute to recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel, maintain adherence to policies and procedures, and support store goals with a focus on customer service and merchandise presentation.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits
- Self-starter with initiative
- Team-player with outstanding customer service and selling merchandise

- Experience in retail management
