Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations, including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling. Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments, assume supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence, and ensure excellent customer service, inventory control, and adherence to policies. Drive profitability through knowledge of product areas, staffing, and performance in a fast-paced retail environment, with focus on teamwork, training, and maintaining visual and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
