Job Summary
Monitor and manage daily operations of the Makery, including maintaining a professional, impeccably clean environment and tracking stock of raw materials and finished products. Establish clear goals for Team Members, provide coaching and training to improve daily performance, and lead by example in creating a client-centric experience. Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, assist with other Manager functions, and help control top line revenue and expenses. Work nights and weekends on a five-day, 30-to-45-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Candidate should expect to work five days per week, and approximately a 30-to-45-hour work schedule depending on hourly or salary status
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
- Dexterity of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs
- Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Ability to perform Makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require

Desired Qualifications
- College education preferred but not required
- Management and/or sales experience preferred
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Skilled Trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired
