Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in operations, customer service, staffing, and merchandising across departments; oversee the store in the manager's absence and participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel. Manage inventory, scheduling, and store assets; analyze inventory movement and customer trends to support profitability. Promote services and merchandise, ensure policy and procedure compliance, and provide extraordinary customer service to shoppers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a retail environment
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits
- Self-starter with initiative
- Team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise
- Knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, and merchandising practices
- Ability to train and evaluate staff
- Familiarity with store policies and procedures
