Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling, and training; provide guidance and supervision in the Store Manager’s absence; possess knowledge across product areas and ensure policy compliance; drive outstanding customer service, promote merchandise, manage assets and profitability, and communicate inventory movements and customer trends; maintain quality service through adherence to policies and standards; supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence and collaborate to achieve departmental and store goals.
