Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations, sales, and administrative duties at Hibbett I City Gear in Apopka. Responsible for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling, and supervising in the Store Manager’s absence. Provides knowledge and guidance to employees and customers, monitors inventory and expenses to support profitability, ensures quality customer service, and promotes merchandise and services. Maintains adherence to company policies and operates as a trained point of contact in store management responsibilities when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- retail experience preferred in footwear and athletic apparel
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to supervise in the Store Manager’s absence
- self-starter with initiative
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- team-player with a focus on outstanding customer service and selling merchandise
