Job Summary
Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, monitor daily business performance, and execute strategies that maximize results. Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching the team to deliver personalized service, product expertise, and meaningful customer interactions. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through ongoing feedback, while overseeing daily store execution including visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational compliance. Serve as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure the boutique operates efficiently and maintains brand standards. Support customer outreach, local initiatives, and in-store activations to strengthen brand affinity and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of retail leadership experience in boutique, premium, specialty, or customer-focused retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and execute strategies that improve results
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others through hands-on floor leadership
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance development
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed
- Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred
