Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs and accurately process loan, pawn, and check cashing transactions while assessing risk. Complete daily call campaigns to build new business and nurture relationships, then oversee account management and recovery processes to prevent charge-offs. Maintain customer information in the POS system with integrity, provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives, and conduct store audits to ensure compliance. Manage vault and cash drawer security, monitor store appearance, and perform duties outside the office including vehicle appraisals and external marketing. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
- Must maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.
- Must be able to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
