Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services tailored to their needs and accurately processing loan, pawn, and check cashing transactions. Assess risk on financial transactions, complete daily call campaigns to build new business, and oversee account management and recovery processes. Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives, maintain customer information in the POS system with integrity, and conduct store audits to ensure compliance. Maintain office security protocols, manage vault and cash drawers, and ensure the work environment upholds company policies and local regulations. Perform duties outside the office including on-site vehicle appraisals and external marketing. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends, while meeting performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard

Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries
