Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs and assess risk for loan, pawn, and check-cashing applications. Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture relationships while overseeing account management and recovery processes. Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy, provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives, and perform duties including on-site vehicle appraisals and external marketing. Maintain office security protocols, conduct store audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws. Monitor store appearance, address facility needs, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet performance standards. Maintain a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
