Job Summary
Lead the store as Manager on Duty when assigned, driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence. Monitor key retail metrics including conversion, units per transaction, and average transaction value while executing daily, weekly, and monthly procedures. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the FEATURE brand. Resolve escalated customer concerns, support product launches, and communicate store performance to the Store Manager. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate on action plans to improve business results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive retail leadership experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or similar leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and make sound operational decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to regularly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or similar leadership role preferred
- Experience with retail POS, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
