Job Summary
Lead the store as Manager on Duty when assigned, drive sales performance, and coach team members to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly goals. Oversee inventory accuracy, shipment processing, and operational procedures while maintaining visual merchandising standards and brand presentation. Resolve escalated customer concerns, support product launches and marketing campaigns, and communicate store updates to the Store Manager. Complete required reports, audits, and operational logs accurately. Maintain optimal stock levels, manage shrinkage, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive retail leadership experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or similar leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and make sound operational decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to regularly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or similar leadership role preferred
- Experience with retail POS, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
