Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions, and maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure cleanliness standards and safety through site maintenance and inspections. Handle billing-related tasks including cash transactions, delinquent payments, and daily bank deposits; address customer concerns and provide excellent service. Maintain professional relationships with Extra Space employees and perform additional duties as assigned. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing work experience, High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Day shift with potential Sundays off depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn)
