Assist Store Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations across one or more self-storage locations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving unit rentals and ancillary sales (unit insurance, moving supplies), ensuring cleanliness and safety, performing daily site inspections, handling billing and payments, and supporting professional interactions with employees and customers. The role emphasizes delivering operational excellence, upholding company culture, and contributing to store performance under district supervision. Daytime hours with potential Sundays off, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED
- valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- sales experience preferred
