Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager drives store operations across multiple self-storage locations by delivering excellent customer service, applying a structured sales process, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash and payments, and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, maximizing unit rentals and add-on sales (insurance and moving supplies), performing daily site safety and cleanliness tasks, managing delinquent payments, and supporting the District/Store Manager. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, high school diploma or GED, and valid driver’s license; the role offers daytime hours with potential Sundays off depending on location, plus benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; college education is a plus
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
