Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager across multiple self-storage locations; drive sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies; ensure cleanliness and safety of the site through regular maintenance; perform daily site safety inspections; handle customer concerns related to billing, security, and auctions; manage cash transactions and daily deposits; build and maintain professional relationships with customers and teammates; leverage a structured sales process and provide excellent customer service while supporting district and store managers.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
