Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Manage multiple self-storage locations in the district during day shifts, with the office closing at 6pm and Sundays off at this location. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
