Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage supports daily operations at a self-storage facility, focuses on building customer relationships, drives sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies, maintains cleanliness and safety of the site, performs daily site safety inspections, handles billing and payments, and upholds a professional culture while coordinating with district and store leadership. Qualifications include 1+ year of customer-facing work experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle (except NYC/Brooklyn per policy). Location: Sarasota, FL.
