Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple self-storage locations; build and maintain customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, drive unit rentals and related sales (unit insurance, moving supplies), ensure cleanliness and safety of the site, perform daily site inspections, handle billing and payments, resolve customer concerns, and maintain professional relationships with employees. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience and a High School diploma or GED; bilingual Spanish preferred. Located in New York, NY area with typical daytime hours and potential Sundays off depending on location.
Required Qualifications
