Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies; ensure site cleanliness and safety through ongoing maintenance and daily inspections; handle cash transactions, reconciliations, and deposits; resolve customer billing concerns and delinquencies; collaborate with District/Store Manager to uphold company culture and deliver tailored storage solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
