Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for operations across multiple self-storage locations: build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify storage needs, drive sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies, ensure cleanliness and safety through site maintenance and inspections, handle billing and payments including delinquent accounts, and maintain professional relationships with Extra Space Storage staff. Role involves working across the district, with a focus on operational excellence, customer service, and adherence to company culture. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license; location-specific details include North Arlington, NJ. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn.
