Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in daily operations of one or more self-storage facilities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, drive sales objectives via unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site. Perform site safety inspections, address billing and payments (including delinquent accounts), handle cash transactions and daily deposits, and support professional relationships with all employees. Position supports daytime hours with potential Sundays off depending on location; opportunities for growth across the U.S. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer-facing experience; sales experience is preferred.
