Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district on day shifts only, with this location closed on Sundays and office hours ending at 6pm.
