Responsibilities include building customer relationships, executing a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving-supplies sales, maintaining site cleanliness, conducting daily safety inspections, handling billing inquiries and cash transactions, and balancing receipts with daily deposits. The role emphasizes professional customer service, teamwork, and adherence to company culture while providing room for growth opportunities across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
